REFUND POLICY

At Blue Sun Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Photos of the product and packaging may be required to process your request.

2. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or customer-damaged cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened products in their original packaging may be eligible for an exchange, subject to approval.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only granted in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • An incorrect product was sent by our company.
  • The order is cancelled before shipment.

Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Product Results Disclaimer

Results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, product usage, and lifestyle.

Blue Sun Cosmetics does not guarantee identical results for all users, and refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with cosmetic or aesthetic results.
